Making a claim is simple, here's how it works:

We may need you to confirm some details, like  photos or a police report, about what happened.

Once approved we'll direct you to a bike shop, probably where you bought the bike but if that's not convenient we'll find somewhere else.

Head to the shop where they'll fix or replace your bike (you'll need to pay the excess). We'll pay the rest to the bike shop directly so you don't need to worry about it.

Evidence of legal liability (e.g. letter of demand, court summons, evidence of liability) for third party liability
